Expect restorative yoga, healing yoga, gentle yoga, a little bit strong yoga, flowing yoga, revitalising yoga, and all of it breath-lead yoga.

It is important to know that Elizabeth teaches whatever aspect of yoga the student needs, in the moment, to bring balance, refreshment and steadiness.

Elizabeth also has extensive experience teaching yoga to people living with a disability. She has successfully adapted hoists to facilitate asana sequences.

All levels of experience and ability are welcome.

Fully insured and qualified with a covid plan in place. We practice social distancing protocols, and Elizabeth is fully vaccinated with 5 Covid vaccines. She also gets an annual flu shot.

Although the studio has a full range of props, if you feel more comfortable, please bring your own mat and blanket.
